The extract „Mariazeller chapter“ of the book „The Children of the Dead“ by Elfriede Jelinek is the description of a visit of the pilgrimage church Mariazell in Austria. The incestuous couple, Karin Frenzel and her mother, push in a stream of pilgrim tour bus tourists to the shrine image and out of the church again: „The church has her daily bleeding.“

The installation invites to a container church. The preaching is by Jelinek, the ceiling is a grave, the floor is out of mirrors and the heat is unbearable. But no reason to complain: Your camping table milk bar is waiting outside for you!
